Lemme vent real quick

My neighbors are the EPITOME of neighbors from hell. Allow me to list ALL the things they've done/are doing. (For context theres 5 people living there. Mom and 3 sons. One graduated hs recently. The other is a year younger than me. And the other one is 30 and has his gf living with him. Sweetest girl ever. The mom and two younger sons are the worst)Storming up and down the stairs. We live in an apartment on the second floor. They, at any time of day storm down the steps. However they are slightly SLIGHTLY quieter in the morning and at nightWifi. Oh this one has been a reoccurring issue. Our wifi gets slow and our things dont work. Change the password things are fine for a day or two and then BOOM back down the crapper. I know its them. We shut off the wifi and they all leave. Or they go outside.Their dogs. They have a dog of about 3 years and a younger female one. They dont take them outside, maybe once at night or if we're all lucky, a couple times during the day. The older dog likes to pee on their balcony. During the summer....oh it's awful. Downright awful. The stench is unbearable. That dog bit me(no blood drawn). The youngest son came down with the dog a few days later. I inched away. This boy had the audacity to say "calm down hes harmless" HE BIT MY KNEE TWO DAYS BACK. YOU CALL THAT HARMLESS!? They take the female dog places. Leave the one who bit me at home. He barks and barks. And barks. Sometimes they'll leave them on the balcony in the summer where the dogs will whine and howl and bark.Their over competitiveness. Every holiday they have to decorate. Mkay that's fine. But they go over the top. WAY over the top. We decorated our balcony for Christmas a few years back. Well they saw the balcony and did sumn 10x better. Not jealousy but the mom made it a full on competition. Going all out for no reason. We stopped decorating. This halloween, they put up all their decorations. This year they added lights. They added two spiders and a ghoul looking thing to the wall. They added yellow tape saying "Haunted" to the railing separating out apartments. They put dont enter posters (the ones with the figures and the bloody hand prints) to their door and sliding door. Mkay whatever. Someone else decorated and apparently they made it better than our neighbors so they added a witch another spider and a ghost. Then added their pumpkins in the middle of our apartments. Yall. Those things were put out two days ago and they're already sunken in and rotting. No smell yet still relatively fresh. And maybe the pumpkins ain't a big deal cuz its been a few years since my family carved some so I could be wrong and overreacting.The 30 year old man. His gf tells me he makes so much money. Why is he living with his mom. Not relevant. He ordered pizza. Pizza came. I I walking my dog and was walking up the stairs just in time to see this slightly overweight man come out in NOTHIN BUT UNDERWEAR. All sense of human decency is OUT the window. Doesnt even bother to get dressed. If you ain't in an apartment by all means do this if you want. But when you have neighbors in close proximity to you, have some respect and put some clothes on.I'm so done. DONE with them. Our previous neighbors had two kids who didn't pick up after themselves. The parents were party animals and their apartment REEKED EVERY time they opened the door. Why can't we have good neighbors. The people below them (SWEETEST family ever) dont deserve this.
