JoJo's Bizarre OC Tournament #5 - Round 2 Match 17 - Jacob Brown and Casey Williams vs Markus Ness Mathison and Pandora Anada

The results are in for Match 15.The crowd had grown around the enclosed parking lot, the collective cheers and gasps attracting passers-by in the short minutes of the fight, and were rendered suddenly silent. The raised central curb had been decorated with a final streak of crimson as the palm tree split in two, falling just behind the pair of combatants frozen in a photo-finish. The odd knife slipped from London's grip, blade splatting into the pavement like putty as his badly bloodied body followed.A final roar of support for Klein erupted, the man foregoing a flashy celebration and immediately dropping his weapon to kneel beside his fallen partner. The teal-haired promoter was suddenly swarmed with bodies as bills feverishly exchanged hands, most of which going to her. "And we have our winner, ladies and gentlemen! Please remember to stop off across the street for a bite before heading home!" The crowd quickly dissolved, likely wanting to avoid any connection to the questionably legal bloodsport they just witnessed.Klein looked down on London, giving a relieved chuckle after a quick once-over proved the boxer wasn't grievously injured. "Always knew you went down hard." London coughed out a laugh in response to the innuendo, sitting up slowly only to trigger a sharp intake of breath; that final slash was a doozy, leaving one hell of a flesh wound across his back. Fira approached the two, shaking her head and letting out a sigh."You two are absolutely insane." She leaned down, helping Klein get London to his feet. Both men let out various yelps as the movement triggered countless sources of pain, the three of them eventually managing to get the boxer's arm around Klein's shoulders. "It was just a window, remember?" Fira scanned the immediate area, looking for the discarded knives.London cleared his throat. "If it's worth doing, it's worth- nngh!- overdoing." He glanced at Klein's close face, smiling through a wince of his own while the two of them laughed away the pain.Klein turned the two of them, letting out a short yell of pain through the laughter as London's weight pressed on his wounds. "Now if you'll excuse us, this really fucking hurts." He waved to Fira with his free hand as the two made their way back to Duke's gym and the waiting first aid. Elephant Bones' manager had just finished collecting the discarded cutlery, weighing the fistful of cash in one hand against the heavily stained knives in the other."...did Byte ever pay for that meal last week..?"The winner is Klein Bras-Cheche Heitsugi, with a score of 75 to London Lovett’s 74!CategoryWinnerPoint TotalsCommentsPopularityTie15-15QualityJudecca Highrollers25-24ReasoningJoJolityTie24-24ReasoningConductTie10-10The bloodied pair hobbled their way across the road, Klein flipping off a car that honked at them for moving too slow. Thankfully the sidewalks were quite clear of traffic, the ruckus of the fight driving away any loiterers while those that watched hurried away from possible prosecution. The couple took turns wincing as they made up from the fight, Klein wiping at his eyes with his free hand. "You know this glitter shit never comes off, right?"London stifled a cough as he nodded. "Looks good on you, though. You should keep it." They passed the first couple windows to Duke's, the door in front of them opening as some customers moved to exit."I don't think I'll have a choice..." The pair laughed as the door ahead of them closed revealing three hooded figures, prompting an eye roll from Klein. Upon seeing the injured couple, they jumped back with wide eyes, offering to help them inside."By Fate's wish, what happened to you two?!" "Please, let me take your arm..." "There's a triage tent on Temple grounds, we'll get you there quick..." The soft-voiced hooded trio swarmed London and Klein, who glanced at each other to exchange worried looks."N-no, we're fine, we got help inside." London gestured to the door, desperately fighting back a wince that would only exaggerate the trio's concern. Klein was a little less polite than his partner, aiming to simply push past the group to their destination."But we'd be honored to have you at the Temple, please!" "It's not often we can be of such service to the Blessed." "Things have calmed since the incident downtown, you'd be no trouble..."London's eyes narrowed. Blessed? He'd heard that term before. How did they know they were stand users? There were no Temple members at the fight, the gang had gone out of their way to keep their abilities secret to the public, and Klein wasn't even from around the area! A chill went down his spine, seemingly sensed by his boyfriend who decided to draw the line. "We're fine, now get lost." Klein pushed through the group and yanked the door open, rudely pulling it shut behind them as they entered.London's train of thought was interrupted by the pain brought on by Klein's haste, the slash across his back stinging like mad. Klein placed a concerned hand to his partner's chest as he powered the two toward the nearest boxing ring to lie down. "Don't you worry, my bedside manners are a lot better." London smiled, nuzzling into Klein's arms as the two made their way to a well deserved rest. That match was won by a hair, but elsewhere, another Highroller is in a much harder situation… Playing accomplice to a terrorist being pursued by several vigilantes of varying stripes. Still a day to vote there, about.Scenario:Midnight Sun Parapsychological Institute Research Library - Public Floor, Reception Area“We’re not a lending library… Really, we’re not, so please don’t ask to ‘check things out…’ It’s not allowed… Since we’re a reference library… Not a lending library… You know the difference, don’t you? You can check the dictionary anywhere, even on your phone, you know…”That pigtailed, bespectacled young woman’s eerie, condescending voice, the low and obsessed murmurs, had begun to sound like a broken record to Kitose “Kisa” Saiko. Ray had told the team, after his own outing in the place, that it only took one look at her to read her for a Stand User, and one who, for all her prattling on, was better to just humor instead of risking the wrath of. It had even been significant enough a warning that he’d even had the good sense not to send his Stand out along to look into it.But man, he was at the end of his rope.Kisa slammed the desk hard enough to make her squeal in alarm and pull back in her swivel chair, clutching her chest as he stared at her through her swirling glasses.“Sir, p-please don’t make noises like that! You-y-you have to be quiet in a research library most of all, because people are doing-”“I told you,” Kisa said, “I don’t want to ‘check out’ books… I want to ‘check’ the other floors of this place!” He jerked his thumb towards the side wall, where a stairwell leading both up and down was gated, forewarned by a sign which read: NO PUBLIC ENTRANCE.“…even if you can’t check out books, you’re allowed to r-read… You can read anything you want in this part of the library, you know.” The librarian spoke back. “Even the words ‘no public entrance.’”“Grrrh!” Frustrated, Kisa stepped away, moving to produce a lighter and pack of cigs.“Don’t smoke in here… Even second-hand smoke, it’s against the rules in this library, you know… And you don’t know what might burn away if something happened…”“Yeah, yeah.” Kisa stepped out of the building, then, immediately taking a massive drag from a cigarette as his partner, Masa, approached, a quizzical look on his face. Anticipating his question, Kisa answered, “no dice… still can’t get in.”“Maybe this is a sign, one that says ‘no public access…’” Masa quipped, trying to cheer up his smoking friend. “For real, might be good to throw in the towel, yeah? You’re getting obsessed with this, and SKADE is kinda falling-”“I didn’t come here for ODIN,” Kisa snipped, then, “the very lead that brought me here… Leads to the doctor who murdered my sister on that operating table, whose earliest case was here… I know it, Masa. The truth is in that building, somewhere I’m not allowed.”“You sure?” Masa questioned. “I mean, if someone was active in this city, a Stand User, even, then they wouldn’t have been able to leave, right?”“People have,” Kisa reminded, “dangerous people, monsters who get away with everything… It’s possible, Masa. Probable, even.”After resting his eyes a few moments, Masa reopened them, nodding. Kisa had a point. “I… Yeah, you have a point. We could be onto something here… And I just want this to be done too. Look, uh… Remember whatshername, who threw us off the trail last time we were here?”Kisa took a moment. “Violet Lange?”“Yeah! I almost forgot her again, but I saw it while you were in there! There’s a manhole about a block from here she looked real stealthy-like trying to crawl into, and a vain girl like that ain’t the type to just go into the sewers, right? And given what she’s worked with…”With a grin, Kisa puffed a ring of smoke. “I see what you’re getting at… Thanks, Masa. Dunno where I’d be without you.”A short while later…As they walked down the college town streets towards the institute library, two youths projected the image of high spirits, wearing smiles on their faces for perhaps exactly the opposite reasons. For Casey Williams, in a sense, she had to be. Ever since Mr. Jones got away, leaving her and Violet barely escaping with their lives and a fraction of his hostages, it had felt like life was barreling more and more towards something unfathomable, something so beyond her ability to process it, and if she let herself linger on things, she always felt like she was trapped in a place collapsing around her while the greater world refused her for things completely beyond her, for things she hated, even.Thinking only about what immediately surrounded her, her friends, her teammates, was her only means to cope, and even then, it forced her to brush against gritty realities of the city. Just these last few months, Wrenn was kidnapped, almost died, and managed to make it into a publicity move to boost his local clout, Pineapples was in the epicenter of the disaster and would have probably been sushi without the unmasked Black Angel and a girl with terrifying vibes, Aaron and Perseus, they were in a firefight in the neck of the woods where Rudolf died, and Bang had to fight a fed for the same person she was just about to do a favor for now.To set a good example for her ally his age, so to not bog him down, she had to be tough and wear a big-“It only cheapens the real thing to force a smile, you know~”Jacob Brown had cut through her bravado in a single sentence, leaning forward and walking backwards in front of her with his hands behind his back, a quizzical tilt to his head.“It’s not quite the same as a lie, and I like you, so you get a pass, but be more honest with yourself, yeah?”“Nothing gets past you, huh?” Casey exhaled, then, relaxing the muscles of her face. “I can’t shake the feeling something bad is gonna happen as soon as we’re inside… Feels like every important errand we’ve had lately. I dunno, maybe getting kidnapped has me jumpy.”“If something happens,” Jacob twirled around, arms spread out until he touched the wall of the library, then hopping up the wall a moment, “then I’ll fly us away in a helicopter again! Or maybe catch whoever does it in the blades…”That got a chuckle out of Casey, at least. Sure, Jacob was young, but there was no question in her mind that the kids of her team could be counted on, shouldn’t be condescended at. “Well…” She looked up at the imposing building. “Here goes nothing… I really hope this badge works.”Casey and Jacob had been gaming when a hildebrandt's starling flew towards them, perching on their open window before dropping what looked to be a tape recorder and a badge bearing the Institute’s symbol right on the sill, flying away as Jacob pointed it out. Starlings causing trouble or delivering information wasn’t all that strange a sight around the college town.“A weird tape recorder and a badge… I’m tired of Saw shit…” Casey said aloud, though Jacob quickly snatched it up and played it anyway with no resistance from her.A voice came through it, sounding twice filtered, as though both distorted in some way, and being run through the audio of an electronic device and bad connection.“Hello, Masters of Funky Action… I don’t know which of you this has been delivered to, but it’s extremely likely at least some of you are at your boats, so my protege, my assistant, will know who to give it to. Don’t grill her too hard, alright? It’s something genuinely very important… Something I’m too indisposed right now to retrieve myself, and it’s very time-sensitive in a way where it’s become too dangerous for her. So I’ve asked that you be delivered something I’d stowed for exactly this occasion: a spare badge I’ve come across, that will allow you into the forbidden bowels of the Institute’s archives. You see, what I need you to retrieve is…”Shopping District, Bad Apples’ Backroom, around the time of that flashback“You want us to break into your old office for one manila envelope.”Markus Ness Mathison, his tone even testier than usual, spoke to a shabbily-dressed man in yellow, bespectacled and clad in an aviator cap. Theodore Lloyd, apparently he was called… The dean of the arts college, Andrew Tiffany’s nephew, and a former Institute researcher.“That… Is the gist, yes. The one with a little wax seal of a Flying Man on it.” He admitted, frankly, looking between him and the other person who had been in the room, the giant and always maternal Pandora Anada. “I wish I could offer you ways to make this easier, and hell, I would have even done this myself, but… Somebody stole my archive access badge some time ago, and even if she recognizes me, there’s no way the receptionist would allow me without that badge. The most I can tell you is that your best bet to get in through the stairwell, and past the dangers downstairs that I’ve never had the misfortune of seeing, is to overwhelm and distract her… She’s an intense girl, but easily flustered, and if you cause enough of a stir in the public library, she might miss your approach for long enough.”He produced, then, a visor sort of thing, resembling a ‘scouter’ with two earpieces that fit themselves perfectly over his head. Wearing it, his eyes seemed to appear tinted green and yellow, and the flesh underneath the visor looked a deep red when filtered through it.He turned, then, towards Pandora. “…and your ‘Plastic Love’ is perfect for maneuvering around and confounding her. After that… I don’t know where the tunnel entrances are, but there’s underground paths on the fourth basement floor you can use to get out, without them noticing you’ve taken something.”Pandora somehow blinked despite her constant shut-eyes, pointing to herself. “Moi? And here I thought I was just here to offer drinks, and moral support, and a winning personality… But ah, someone has recognized my ability. That means yours is observant, hm-mhm…” She tilted her head. “Have we met before, perhaps? I feel like I’ve seen your face the same six times or more…”“We haven’t met. I just try to keep in the loop.” Teddy paused, then added. “My ‘To Make Believe’ is suited for that, yes.”“So there’s your reason for asking Pandora to do this… Why me?” Markus was still skeptical. “Why am I helping blow this whistle, in particular?”“Because,” Theodore said, pausing for a moment, “the information I seek relates to the person who got you in the ED’s sights and cost you a fish supplier.”That same street MFA walked down, around the same time, from the opposite direction…“That reason seems, mm, small for you,” Pandora inquired as she walked as fast as Markus could jog, looking effortless in keeping step with the strides of her height. “Are you blowing a whistle for revenge?”“It’s not about that. I don’t care that Oh No screwed me over…” Markus paused. “Well, I’m a little annoyed, but it was a wakeup call, and got me to film with Cairo after all.” Then, he stopped, gritting his teeth. “And after I ‘woke up,’ I saw what happened and backed away… To the tune of flooding and earthquakes that devastated the city.”“Sometimes, things happen and you can’t have played a part in preventing them,” Pandora offered, continuing to walk for a bit before realizing he’d stopped and pausing herself, turning towards him, “you’re not blaming yourself, are you? Because I don’t think you should…”“Of course the tragedy wasn’t my fault. But I can make water, and control it. And what did I do to help people hurt and killed by a flood? It’s no wonder my family won’t speak to me anymore… The mother of my child isn’t answering my calls, and it’s possible something has happened I can’t do a thing about.”“So you’ve been ‘just buying milk’ this whole time you’ve been here, hmm… I’m sorry to hear that, and hope you get back to them.” She opened up then, once more. “My father loved my family dearly, too, said as much, and he had to go away as well… I wonder about how that man is doing sometimes.”“That sucks, that he left you behind, saying things like that. I don’t want to be that… I don’t want to be someone who keeps turning my back on people.” Markus continued towards the library, then. “That’s why I’m doing this, not petty grudges. It’s because someone needs help, and here, I can be the one to give it. Same as you, I take it.”“Ah…” Pandora nodded. “Pretty aptly put, yeah. That makes sense to me… Oh! We’ve made it, too…”Shortly behind a younger pair of Stand Users, the pair entered the building.Library Archive B4“Goddammit! No!”Kisa had found what he had come here for, gone through the bowels of the place and tripped some terrifying security system, only to figure out and evade that as well through the usage of his ‘Video Killers’ and ‘Radio Star.’ In his hands lay a dossier of information, facts on key people throughout the city’s history, people whose presence predated his own…And even a Japanese serial killer surgeon, who used her connections to unspeakable ends, and had even been suspected of killing private eyes who had researched and pursued her.Dr. Hinata Ono, the final active member of an eight-person organization of Los Fortuna government-employed professionals and secret agents (codenamed: Pete’s Best), was killed in September of 1990, in a final failed effort to prevent the ‘Rosso Incident.’ Her body was able to be recovered and identified and, per her will, placed in her niece’s body exhibit. That had been over thirty years ago, and Kitose “Kisa” Saiko was twenty-eight years old.“But… No, no!” He crushed a cigarette in his fist. “It’s all exactly the same, the MO, the victims, the connections, it’s… What the hell is this?”He ripped through more pages of the highly classified dossier, ignoring every other envelope in the cramped room.“I… I risked my life for this! I’ve risked Masa’s life for this, and dragged him into all this! There has to be something worth it! There has to-”He blinked, then. “Wait…” He squinted at another section of sheets’ title page.As he turned over another page, making a questioning sound at something he’d seen, Kisa didn’t notice something approaching from behind.Back upstairs…“Ah! We were… We were actually closing to the public soon, but there is still time we’re open, technically, if you wanted to do research…”The librarian seemed to half-recognize Casey, student of Midnight Sun that she’d become, but Casey didn’t want to be impolite and mention that she really didn’t know who she was. She really didn’t come around this library often… And anyway, she seemed out of it, unfocused, as if she were stressed about something entirely unrelated.“Well, I have good news!” Jacob said, beaming, before flashing the badge he’d been given. “We’re not here for ‘public research,’ but ‘authorized institute business… See the sign over there?” He pointed with one finger. “That says ‘no public access, but we have reason to go down, down, down, downstairs!”The girl made a surprised sound, then, leaning over her desk and looking the badge over. “You’re… Institute personnel? I… I didn’t know… But you have the badge, and that means you can go in… Institute staff are allowed to bring guests, too…” She looked to Casey, then. “But if you’re not his guest, you’re not allowed down there… Especially not right now, it’s dangerous right now… There’s intruders down there, doing monstrous things, disrupting things… I don’t like it much…”“Yep! She’s with me!” Jacob wasn’t deterred at all by the tone of voice there, but he, Casey, and especially the librarian were startled by what came next.“You’re a thief!”That was Markus, bursting in seconds behind them, with Pandora walking just behind as fast as he ran.Jacob narrowed his eyes, his own smile widening almost daringly as he leaned back, tilted his head to stare Markus down without turning around. “Am I now? I wasn’t informed, you know… Enlighten me on how I’m a thief, alright?”“You’re clearly a teenager, but you have a badge that they only give to important Institute personnel… And Theodore Lloyd, his was stolen. So, that’s probably his.”“Hey, we don’t know anything about that. We were given this,” Casey said, stepping in before Jacob could do something rash. “And we have business to do downstairs, so don’t trip us up, alright?”“Ah, this is troublesome… A troublesome person has our free key down there,” Pandora narrated aloud, aware that stealth was out the window here. “Are we going to have to fight in this little lobby? For a little tiny badge?”“No… No fighting in here… Don’t make noise in here…” The librarian prattled on. “People are trying to do ‘research…’ Because this is a ‘research’ library… Reference only means it’s not a ‘lending library,’ which means they have to here… So don’t inconvenience them with a fight in the lobby… It would go very badly for you.”“Why did you say that up front?” Markus harshly asked Pandora, who shrugged. “Stealth is out the window, then… Which makes plan A harder, too. So we need that badge. How can we get it from-”“Can they be my guests too?” Jacob asked the librarian who looked about to hyperventilate. “Is there an upper limit?”“N… No, I suppose there isn’t…” The Librarian answered, “if you want, then all four of you can go in with one badge holder’s approval… Th-there’s nothing in the rules about how the badge was obtained… You just need one… And it has to be real…”“Then they’re my guests too!” Jacob answered with a cheery grin, Casey’s face faulting as she tried to sign for him to stop. “So it all works out perfectly in the end!”“Wow…” Pandora said over the flabbergasted Markus, smiling. “What a sweet boy… Maybe we’ll all get what we’re here for…”“O… Okay, then…” The librarian nodded, then, and with the push of a button, the gate was lifted. “You can all go down, but remember… We are not a lending library. So do not ‘check out’ anything you see down there… It’s for reference only… And photography can hurt the documents too… So reference with your eyes, research with your brains, leave with only what you came with… And be quiet, because even down there, it’s a library still…”She cracked a wide grin, then, leaning forward even more as her glasses shined brightly, the lights around her flickering.“U N D E R S T A N D M E ?”Markus and Casey were speechless, but Jacob and Pandora were unfazed. “We understand you!” Jacob answered, deftly avoiding any dishonesty on the group’s behalf. On the way down, floor by floor, each traveling a distance from each other and even quickly finding excuses to split up when a hallway they passed through allowed it, and when they were far apart, Casey whispered to Jacob.“Why did you let them in? They obviously want the same thing as us… Look, they’re even going down to B4!”“I figured that! And I’m sure they figured it too… No hard feelings there, we’re still enemies, us and them. I don’t like being told I stole what I didn’t. Why, I just didn’t want to cause more of a scene up there… It’s so much better to get people alone, you know?”Casey raised an eyebrow, feeling she’d seen a side of Jacob Brown she’d never before. “Right… I guess that’s the right call, then.”Markus and Pandora, meanwhile, were whispering as well, confirming Jacob’s confidence.“So are we really going to double-cross them?” Pandora asked in a whisper. “After they let us in…”“If they were employed by the thief who took Lloyd’s badge, then they’re probably after the same thing… And look at the look in that kid’s eye. He knows what we’re after… It’s not double-crossing when nobody was ever on the same side.”“I see… He seemed like such a nice, honest, loving boy, though… And that girl was trying her best, too… But it’s what we have to do to do the right thing, so let’s go.”Kisa never knew what hit him. He’d been thumbing through that fateful file, but now, he couldn’t feel a thing, weak, on the ground, with his cigarettes strewn about the floor alongside several limp, unmoving Video Killers… All of this was floating in a copper-scented puddle beneath him, and as he grunted and groaned in pain, he found himself short of breath… Trying just filled his throat with blood, and he could barely move his hands. What… Why am I..?For once in his life, the detective was truly, utterly flabbergasted… He’d found the horrible truth of his quest for revenge, that who he’d thought was his lifelong target had supposedly died years before he was born, and now, was he just going to die here? Was this… How he’d spent his life?Everything’s fading… It’s so dim…He felt a warmth growing closer, alongside the ringing of an alarm nearby, choking out more cigarette breath as he failed to stand. As his eyes rolled back slightly, he saw the form of a phantom flame cloaked in a sheet, rushing through the walls effortlessly to meet him.I could… really use a smoke right now…As it engulfed him in its soothing, draining warmth, Kisa heard one phrase, repeated on end, in a low murmur, soothing him as he rested his eyes. Not a lending library…Not a lending library…Not a lending library…Not a lending li………OPEN THE GAME!(2v2 art by /u/CaptainSpooky27, Librarian art by /u/boredCommentator)Location: A restricted lower floor (B4) of the Midnight Sun Institute Parapsychological Library, in which you are not allowed to be. The area here is 88 by 96 meters with each tile being 8 by 8 meters. The ceiling is 5 meters tall and the player teams are in the bottom left and right corners of the map. The area is only dimly lit by low powered LED lights on the ceiling. The blue shapes are stone walls with bookshelves carved into them, these walls are a part of the floors and ceilings. The purple “X” marked circles are stand entities similar in appearance to onibi-as-bedsheet ghosts known as [Temporary Secretary]. They emit an eerie blue light denoted by the yellow circles around them and will be gone over in more detail in the Additional Information. The red rectangles are literal stand created firewalls that reach the ceiling, these will also be gone into more detail in the Additional Information section. In the center of the map is the now lifeless body of Kisa, and beside him is a drawer with a sealed manila envelope inside, marked by a yellow star. The green shapes are entry ways that lead to tunnels to exit the library discreetly.Goal: Get the envelope and leave this place alive through the tunnels! If the librarian upstairs actually saw you stealing shit she would straight up kill you, so the way you came is no good!Additional Information:Stand: Temporary SecretaryType: Swarm/Semi-automaticAppearance: Each ‘Secretary, ’ resembles a bedsheet ghost with eye-holes that resemble compound eyes, filled with a blue, flickering, warm, glowing, gaseous material that is strangely alluring, like the light of an anglerfish. Each ‘Secretary,’ currently eight in total, starts a faint color, only to grow more and more vibrant the more life they drink away.Power: B - Upon the body’s direct contact with a target, will remain overtop them and attempt to drain their life energy until either damaged sufficiently to be sent away or the target’s life is sapped away. This results in a severe loss of stamina.Speed: B - While typically stationary, the Stand drains life at a fast rate and moves extremely quickly when provoked.Range: A - Can be sent very far from the user, and positioned basically anywhere.Durability: C - Despite the intangibility of the ‘Secretaries,’ they can be harmed by Stands, and even temporarily destroyed with sufficient damage. Each has the expected fractional damage transference back to the user.Precision: D - Without being directly commanded by their user, who can’t see through them, the ‘Secretaries’ default to the relatively simplistic behavior of acting solely in response to their abilities.Potential: B - In a one-on-one fight, ‘Temporary Secretary’ could defeat even some of the most fearsome Stand Users, and keep the user healthy as well, and as a security function, would be very difficult to overcome alone.Ability: Each Temporary Secretary is able to emit light and launch ghostly fire that drains the life force of those it burns rather than dealing physical burn damage. When these fires come into contact with something, that object/person will become engulfed in flame. They also are able to sense lifeforce around them as well as phase through walls, able to follow targets in a straight shot from anywhere. Each of them can also create a fiery clone of themselves that has all their same attributes except the ability to create a clone or sense lifeforces. The clone is also more fragile than the main body, a decent few Stand-hits able to force it to dissipate. The Temporary Secretaries (henceforth to be called ‘onibi’) are all mostly stationary on their positions on the map, the circle of light around them is the range of their life force sensing ability which will pick up any stand user or stand that gets in range (the meroplankton in Underwater’s water do not get detected by this, but the lifeforce of Broken Hearts can be detected by this (however, they can’t be detected by any other means unless they’re tangible to the onibi)). This is not their only method of detection however, audible sounds, fast moving shadows, and any unknown object or person that comes into sight can also draw their suspicion even outside of their light range.Once they sense something, they will send their fiery clone to search the area in question. The clone will then survey that area, and remain there until their onibi decides to move them to a different area they are suspicious of or if they see/hear something themselves.Once a Clone spots a player/stand body, it will rush over at B speed while firing fireballs. If possible, they will also cut off their path by going around and running in front of them, but otherwise they will ideally keep 3 meters away from their opponent while firing projectiles. The clone will not stop doing this until it is dissipated by stand damage. If an onibi spots a player, they will send their clone after them and fire fireballs from their stationary position. The only time the onibi will move will be to dodge attacks and get better angles of attack, however they do restrict themselves to only going up to maximum 4 meters away from their original post. The firewalls, denoted by the red rectangles, will quickly drain away the vitality of anybody that tries to even cross them.TeamCombatantJoJolityMasters of Funky ActionJacob Brown"Are you regretting what you've done?
