I don’t know who else to vent to but you guys. I lost 3 of my fish in a matter of a day. I’m new, been doing this for a couple months but I’m so bummed.

Monday I lost my job and (as a responsible person)I went to my lfs to get some fish because my tank has been under stocked. I’ve got a guppy tank(all males). So I added a few more and as a beginner, I missed in my reading that guppies are horny little things and very territorial. One of the new fish bullied a lot of my fish and now the 2 new ones died. Then my tank for a guppy, who survived cycling and was the mainstay of my tank just laying on one of my decorations. I set up a hospital tank. Ran to the lfs to get some advise and meds. I got some Salt. By the time I got home, he was dead. I’m pressing f for respect.I also looked forward to the ones that I still have. Even the bullying fucker. I’ve now got 2 guppies in my 10gallon. I just bought 3 females to help with the bullying and I’ve got a 30 gallon that’s cycling now that I’m now not going to get any fish for because I’m expecting to have tons of babies. via /r/Aquariums https://ift.tt/35Hc2WW
