Any caves/underground facilities in fallout four that would be suitable for a player home with the conquest mod?

As the title says, I'm really interested in creating a player home settlement underground. Unfortunately I've had little luck finding one that's the right size for such an endeavour. I've explored Fenway Sewer but it's just to slim to do much with. I'm not looking to make a whole town so the vault settlement would be a waste. I've been exploring but frankly decided it may be better to just ask so I can build my homebase and start playing the game before my restartitus starts acting up. I don't need much room, but would like to fit a Robot workbench in as well as the other work benches and customize the area with structures, furniture, decorations, or whatever else I can fit.Tempted to give up and just build elsewhere.
