Video: https://youtu.be/tBRRzFqVPtwSo I've complained about this alot so my upstairs neighbors moved in 2 years ago & they first started banging on the floor i figured it was them building there bed or putting something together in their room & as months went by im like no way they're building anything because the bangs were continuous & all over the place but i wasn't sure because i work alot and im never really home, so when my shift changed to Graveyard i came back one morning at 8AM. The upstairs neighbor seen me on the stairs come home looked at me with a smirk then ran up the stairs like a child & started blasting LOUD bass music at 8am knowing i need to sleep, i dealt with that cause at first i thought well u can't be entitled to peace & quiet during the day so after when they noticed that didn't bug me they started throwing trash in my patio area. Dirty thongs, old socks, Dog Poop Pads, bottles, monster cans, dog balls, brooms etc.So i picked it up and took pictures and reported it to management & reported there music playing throughout the day it was non-stop from morning to evening & the banging on the floor, after that of course they threw twice as much garbage down and started dumping down liquids that smelled like raw piss and feces & i could smell it strong within my apartment & they would do it at random times so it was hard to record but i finally caught them and because i caught them they kept pouring down liquids and water over and over looking for a reaction. I just recorded it and sent it in & called the police and made a police report with them & forwarded it over to management, they finally stopped pouring down whatever that was & then dropped a used bloody maxi pad down super nasty and bloody tissues with it, i took pictures & reported it as well.Now with it being COVID i have been at home alot more and can record anything and catch it, They have started banging non-stop, running around with their dog upstairs until 2am at night, Hammering on the ground at all hours & I've tested it to see if it was a human or not because i became curious so they started banging on the ground i would tap the ceiling & guess what the response was HARDER and longer which tells me it's a human doing it. I have reported them multiple times & other tenants have as well previously and management has not put them out yet and has begun to ignore me with no response to my emails i kept a paper trail with and then they send out a notice days later saying their is clear video evidence that someone in the apartment is hammering at all hours, but it's not someone its THEM & they know it's the same complaints i been sending in before COVID, the upstairs neighbors also tried sending me a letter 2 years after all they been doing saying sorry and here's my number which i felt was plain disrespectful i didn't respond ir text them i just let them "Try" to be quiet but days later they went right back at it again non-stop & now they tell new tenants who moved in on the side about how im so horrible, dirty and ghetto and that we called the police on them for no reason & im making up lies about them to get them kicked out & they're just doing their best too avoid us but i laughed when i heard the new neighbor say "Well i never see him & he's very quiet and chill i been here for a year and only seen him twice" and i was like in my head SEE these people are wacky. They're a couple in their late 30's or early 40's, Women is a short looks like a hobbit and dude is a chubby tatted wanna be looking cholo none of them work. They don't look disabled but the way they act maybe? They also take real good care of there Apt from the outside and always decorate and these aren't section 8 apartments & your suppose to have a years worth if rental history before you get in here. via /r/neighborsfromhell https://ift.tt/2TVSRmQ
