So I was flying a lot right around the time TSA theft was kind of in the news a lot and I haven't done much traveling in recent years. I will be flying out of MCO with a checked bag in the coming weeks and was wondering if theft has been bad as of late. I take the usual precautions of not packing anything super valuable and easy to sell (I don't travel with expensive jewelry, clothing or electronics outside of my switch and a ghetto cell phone that will be in my backpack). However, I'm preparing for an international move and will be bringing a lot of personal belongings, particularly old family holiday decorations on this tripI don't really view the items I'm bringing as valuable for resale but they have sentimental value. I'd like to bring as much as possible but am curious how careful I need to be or the best way to pack to ensure their safe arrival. Mostly a bunch of porcelain ornaments and home decor. Or am I over stressing and should be fine taking normal precautions and packing well? via /r/travel https://ift.tt/32eFq69
