Hello friends! If you're as tired as all of the bullshit in the world as I, then wouldn't it be nice to have someone to spend the day talking with about everything and nothing? I think so too! I'm hoping that person is you! I'd like to find someone who is interested in chatting on and off throughout the day, forming a friendship and possibly more as time progresses. I'm recently divorced and am firstly, focusing on myself and my mental, physical, and emotional health but I would love new friends and I think anything beyond that would evolve naturally from a friendship anyway. So if you want to talk, share memes, laugh and are genuine, this post for about you!A little about me: I love hiking and more recently, rucking, which is hiking with a 30lb plate on my back. Sometimes a tree, sometimes a sandbag. Always good living. I am working on strength training and trying to make myself enjoy running. That part isn't going well but I'm still at it. I also just built my first AR15 and am working on starting up competitive shooting so I’m saving for a SIG P320X5 Legion and will be competing in my first event in 2021 in the Tactical Games. I have a 12 year-old son who is the light of my life and the absolute best person in the world. Most people are biased about their kids, but my son is genuinely an incredible person and one of the most thoughtful and wonderful human beings out there. This COVID thing has been pretty tough for him but due to a fire last November, we have been living in a hotel for the last year. With a pandemic, distance learning, being homeless, sharing a room with his mom, and almost being a teenager - the fact that he's still an amazing young man despite the overwhelming weight on his shoulders, really does say a lot about the man I hope he'll be one day. I do cut him a lot of slack and he does love gaming and I let him play a lot in his downtime. He needs some way to be a kid, ya know? That being said, we should be home by the end of this month and he’s gearing up to decorate his room in his new “gamer aesthetic.” ☺️I'd prefer to chat with people close to my own age so please keep that in mind when messaging.
