Petty knives to rehandle for gifts

I'm thinking about giving my family some rehandled petty knives for the holidays. We have some nice old wood from my great grandfather's farm that I've used for other projects and I think it would be a nice gift for use and decoration. They would be for my mother, brother, and sister. All of them are avid cooks, but none are super serious about their knives and I'm the only one in the family who uses nice Japanese stuff.I'm looking at a petty between 130-170ish mm and it needs to have a Wa handle because that's what I know how to rehandle easily. Also not looking to blow the boat out budget-wise as I'd probably be buying at least 3 of them. Stainless would probably be best, but they're responsible enough with their things to take care of a carbon blade if I tell them how.In summary:Style: Japanese Steel: Any, stainless preferred Handle: Wa Grip: varied Length: 130-170 Uses: gifts, light home use Care: Occasionally sharpened by me Budget: <$60The only thing I've found so far that ticks most of these boxes is this Tojiro Kasumi 150 petty but it is shirogami, which isn't necessarily ideal for people who aren't really into taking care of their knives. https://www.chefknivestogo.com/toshkape15.htmlAnyone have experience with that Togiro line? Anyone tried a rehandle on it? Anyone know of a better option for a very budget wa-handled petty? Any help appreciated. via /r/chefknives https://www.reddit.com/r/chefknives/comments/jh1y08/petty_knives_to_rehandle_for_gifts/?utm_source=ifttt
